Abstract
Innovation is not only the core of scientific and technological competitiveness,but also the key for enterprises to seek for success.Based on the characteristics of industrial enterprises and components of independent innovation,the paper establishes the evaluation indicator system of independent innovation capacity of industrial enterprises,and then analyzes the independent innovation capacity of industrial enterprises in Gansu Province from different perspectives of region and industry by using Factor Analysis,and puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions to enhance the enterprises',independent innovative capacity.
