On the Enterprises' Independent Innovation System in Jiangsu

The prosperity and declination of a nation depend on its enterprises;the prosperity and declination of enterprises are rooted in independent innovation.This paper summarizes the evaluation on capacity of independent innovation and basic characteristics of enterprises in Jiangsu Province.It also analyzes the existing problems.On these bases,the paper conceives concepts,directions and objectives of independent innovation for enterprises and puts forward an innovation system.In order to cope with crises and seize opportunities,enterprises should strengthen policies,improve environment and system to serve and adapt to the advanced productive forces.Furthermore,enterprises should promote technological innovation into the level of system innovation.
