Abstract

The technological innovation capacity in enterprises is the capacity which innovation main body harmonizes with each other to realize profit. The technological innovation capacity in enterprises is divided into eight different aspects by which the author sets up an index system to evaluate the technological innovation capacity and puts forward the evaluation method.
