Abstract
A near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy was used to determine the content of cefradine capsules. Thirty samples with cefradine contentfrom 5.01% to 91.24% were prepared in thelaboratory, and 49 samples on the marketfrom 7 different factorieswere collected. The NIR spectra werecollected on an Antaris FT-NIRanalyzer. Thepartial least squares regression (PLSR) algorithm was used to build the calibration model. The model was validated by other 21 samples. The root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) was 1.35%. The correlation coefficient between the true value and prediction value was 0.9968.The average recovery was 99.4%(RSD 1.3%).
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
