Abstract

Objective:To study the VEGF protein expression and its clinical significance in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods:the expression of VEGF in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue was determined by immunohistochemical technique.Results:There were obvious difference in tissure VEGF expression with different clinical N-staging,cervical lymph nodes metastasis and distant metastasis.Conclution:The positive expression of VEGF can be one of a prognostic factors in NPC.
