Abstract
Objective: With the hand Protaper NiTi instruments in root canal filling degree of influence on the study of machine.Methods: selected in our department were periodontal disease or orthodontic extraction were extracted single root canal anterior teeth and molars,a total of 64 teeth,which were randomly divided into hand and machine group two groups,each group of 32 cases.For the corresponding root canal filling of two groups of patients,and the use of CT and X-ray periapical films adaptation evaluation of root canal filling was.Results: there was no significant difference between two groups of tube,1/3 obturation density difference(P0.05); the two group of 1/3 on root canal obturation density,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05); preparation forming machine group in the root canal under the 1/3 section,can be better apical foramen enlargement,and can effectively be dentin debris removal,comparing the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusions: using Protaper nickel-titanium instruments with respect to hand Protaper nickel titanium instruments can prepare the root 1/3 root more effective management,superior ability of root canal shaping and cutting ability.
