Abstract
The electrodes for micro-gear machining are manufactured by micro-electrical discharge wire cutting.The ultrasonic combined electrochemical machining system is improved.Micro-gears are machined from some hard alloy {materials} by ultrasonic machining,ultrasonic combined electrochemical machining and ultrasonic combined synchronizing pulse electrochemical machining.By comparison,it is found that combined ultrasonic and electrochemical synchronizing pulse machining have some technical advantages such as higher processing precision and efficiency.
