Abstract
The method of ultrasonic combined machining micro-structures is advanced.The micro-machining mechanism and characteristics of ultrasonic combined machining are analyzed.Several kind cathodes with different sections are manufactured by combined electro-discharge micro-machining.The micro-machining system is built and improved.The micro-structures are manufactured by electrical combined ultrasonic machining.It is proved that ultrasonic machining is an effective way for the micro-structures of hard and brittle materials.The good precision and machining stability can be obtained by the ultrasonic combined electric-discharge machining for micro-structures of hard and tough materials.The good precision and high productivity can be obtained by ultrasonic combined electrochemical machining.
