Abstract
Objective:To evaluate comparability and the accuracy among 8 different hematology analyzers in our hospital.Methods:The precision of 8 different hematology analyzers was determined by the repeatability test.The comparative test was performed with fresh blood sample.The definite values of fresh blood were determined with reference hematology analyzer,and the rest 7 analyzers were calibrated with the definite value.Results:The errors existed among different hematology analyzers.So calibration was necessary.The 8 analyzers had good consistency and accuracy after calibration with allowable range of errors.Conclusion:The method of calibration with fresh blood sample is simple,convenient,reliable and low-cost,which is worthy of being promoted.
