Abstract

Local institutions,in accordance with the needs of society,in order to adapt to the trends in the development of higher education,actively explore the knowledge,ability,quality and coordinated development of new high-quality personnel training model for applied talents,build a program of theory,practice and quality education system and take active exploration and practice of diversify of training requirements and methods for training applied talents.
