Effects of Danhong Injection on the Coagulation Function of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Danhong Injection on the coagulation function of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 524 patients with coronary artery disease were divided into control group and treatment group,two patients were given the same anticoagulant,antiplatelet aggregation,reducing blood lipid and other basic treatment,the treatment group was given based on the treatment of Danhong injection,2 weeks after the two groups were observed in patients with prothrombin time(PT),activated partial the prothrombin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(Fb),platelet factor fourth(PF4),soluble P selectin expression level(CD62P).Results After 2 weeks treatment,the treatment group PT,APTT,TT longer than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05);PF4,CD62P expression levels were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection can improve the blood hypercoagulable state in patients with coronary heart disease,it can reduce platelet activation function.
