Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Danhong injection on the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),fibrinogen(Fbg) and von Willebrand factor(vWF)in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods 80 patients with ACS with conventional therapy were randomized divided into Danhong injection group(42 cases)and non-Danhong injection group(38 cases).Other 35 cases of normal healthy volunteers were set as control group.30 ml Danhong injection was joined with 250 ml 5% glucose or saline injection for intravenous infusion, once a day for two weeks. Before treatment and after two weeks, the levels of blood viscosity,hs-CRP,Fbg and vWF changes were observed. Results The blood viscosity, plasma levels of hs-CRP,Fbg and vWF in ACS patients were significantly higher than those of the normal control group. The levels of hs-CRP,Fbg and vWF were significantly decreased both in Danhong injection group and non-Danhong injection group after two weeks.Compared with non-Danhong injection group, these levels decreased more significantly in Danhong injection. Conclusion For ACS patients,Danhong injection can not only effectively reduces blood viscosity, but also can reduce hs-CRP,Fbg and vWF level.
