Danhong injection adjuvant treatment of 62 patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy

Objective: The purpose of observation Danhong injection assisted treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy patient′s clinical efficacy.Methods:Selected 62 patients were randomly divided into Danhong support group(treatment group)and the control group both by conventional medical treatment,the treatment group Danhong injection plus intravenous infusion.Observation of fasting blood glucose,the blood glucose of 2 h after OGTT,blood lipids(total cholesterol,triglycerides),prothrombin time(PT),the activity of the partial thromboplastin time(APTT),heart CDFI,ECG QT dispersion,C-reactive protein.Results:And before treatment,the treatment group clinical symptoms improved significantly,reduce serum lipids,blood glucose lowering,and compared with the control group,the treatment group QT dispersion,and E/A ratio has improved,PT,APTT extension however,no adverse reactions,such as bleeding.Conclusion:Danhong injection can assist the treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy.
