Abstract
Objective: To compare two methods of nutritional support in patients with gastrointestinal tumor curative effect after the operation. Methods: 80 cases with gastrointestinal tumor who were treated in our hospital from April 2009 to November 2012 were selected and analyzed retrospectively,as well as randomly divided into two groups according to their clinical data.Observation group(40 cases),early enteral nutrition support treatment in the control group(40 cases) for parenteral nutrition support treatment, treatment for 7 d,then to compare the weight, prealbumin, albumin, total lymphocyte and the subgroup between two groups before and after treatment. Results: There were no statistically significant difference about the weight, prealbumin, albumin, total lymphocyte and the subgroup situation of patients between two groups;after treating for seven days, the weight of patients in the observation group were(58.05±8.46)kg,prealbumin were(25.99±5.36) g/L,albumin were(37.1±11.2) g/L which were significantly greater than those of the control group with the indexes of(53.12±12.37) kg,(22.96±4.37) g/L,(33.5±8.8)g/L,P0.05;in the observation group, the total lymphocyte was(1.22± 0.32)×109/L,CD3+ was(60.28±10.56) %,CD4+ was(34.06±9.67)%,CD8+ was(25.76±5.98) %,CD4+/ CD8+ was(1.50±0.65) which were significantly greater than those of the control group with the indexes of(1.07±0.43)×109/L,(56.74±9.95)%,(31.08± 8.06)%,(22.14±5.77)% and(1.39±0.72),P0.05;the length of hospitalization were(9.9±2.4) d,the exhausted time were(3.8±1.8) d,the intestinal peristalsis recovery time was(3.5±2.0) d and the incidence of abdominal discomfort was 12.5% of patients in the observation group which were significantly less than those of the control group with the indexes of(15.1±3.8) d,(6.1±1.9) d,(4.8±1.7) d and the abdominal discomfort rate of 37.5%,P0.05.Conclusions: Early enteral nutrition support can improve the nutritional status of patients with gastrointestinal tumor, enhance immunity against ability, improve bowel function, reduce adverse reactions,is conducive to the prognosis of patients.
