Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between anxiety level and style of coping.Method The General Anxiety Test and Coping Style Inventory was used to study 116 junior middle school students. Results There was high negative correlation between anxiety level and coping style for problem solving . There was high positive correlation between anxiety level and self accusation, fancying , withdrawal, rationalization. There was zero correlation between anxiety level and help seeking. Conclusion If coping style is different , anxiety level different .To reduce anxiety ,to use effective coping technique.
