Abstract

Currently,the international financial crisis has great impacts on job market for college students,affecting the employment of the graduates and the implement of the employment guidance.Based on the analysis of employment circumstance,job market and graduates’ psychology,the essay explores the feasible measures to deal with the employment challenge brought by the financial crisis,with a hope that these measures will be helpful to the graduates’ employment and the employment guidance.
