Abstract
Colleges and universities by the expansion and the impact of financial crisis,in 2009 the employment of col-lege graduates face a very grim situation. In this paper,the employment of college graduates to the status quo,the current employment policies,as well as college students should be employed for the realization of the efforts made by the successful analysis.
