Abstract

This thesis analyzes the operation model of the Tang Dynasty Law and the detailed stipulations of supervision and punishment on the officials. Generally speaking, the law is a code that was mainly used to supervise the officials. It played an important role in anti-corruption, improving the administration efficiency and stabilizing social security.
