Exploration on the Implementation Barriers of Supervision on officials' administration——in the Perspective of Occupational Crimes by Supervision Officials in Ming Dynasty

Coexisting with the bureaucracy system in ancient China,the supervision system had developed into a delicate,multi-level and diversified system network in Ming Dynasty,which,to some extent,was sufficient to illustrate the particular bureaucratic political situations during the three hundred years' ruling of Ming Dynasty.The major features of supervision system in Ming Dynasty lied in the highly intensified autocratic imperialism and the comprehensive prevention on occupational crimes by supervision officials,of which the substantial significance lies in the system prevention.However,such significance was greatly impeded by the legislative and judicial limitation and therefore becoming the implementation obstruction of officials' administration in Ming Dynasty.
