Abstract
A method of determining the sulfur content in the fluorite by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)was presented.The samples were dissolved by HF,HNO3,HCl and HClO4.The salts were dissolved by dilute hydrochloric acid solution.The solutions were determined by ICP-AES instrument.The measurement conditions had been optimized by some experiments and the wavelength of 182.03nm was selected as the analytical line.And the spectral interferences of calcium were also investigated,and it was proved that the interferences could be eliminated by the matrix match method.The detection limit of established method was 0.02μg/mL.Some standard samples were determined by this method,and the results were consistent with the certified values.
