Abstract

It has practical and historical significance to review China fishery development rules and establish China special socialism fishery.The main rules to be studied are: first,promoting fishery sustainable development based on resources and environment protection;second,inaugurating China special socialism fishery development road according to actual situation;third,mobilizing all positivity under the market oriented policy;fourth,strengthening support and guarantee system;fifth,enhancing China fishery international competition and encouraging overseas Chinese enterprises development;sixth,improving China fishery law system to ensure China fishery sustainable development.
