Thinking about China's fisheries characteristics and development strategy

Abstract

How fishery implement scientific development is the base issue to establish the development strategy of China's fishery at the present stage.This paper based on the phenomenon characteristics of China's fishery development, reveals the 10 inherent nature characteristics,and analyzes the three major problems which the fishery industry system, the subject system,the management system faced.Then,with the strategic development ideas of CAFS,the paper points out that only by respecting the fisheries industry characteristics,and fostering the core values of fishery scientific development,the right face of thethree major problems,can achieve the scientific development of China's fishery.
