Thoughts on Methods of Students' Evaluation of Teaching in Teaching Assessment at Universities

At present,some universities adopt the method of students' rating of teachers in assessment of teachers.The limitation of this method should be fully understood so as to avoid possible negative effects.In assessment of teachers,priority should be given to discussion-based assessment taking teachers as major participants and teaching as subject.This can make up for the defects of the current evaluation-based and administration-based assessment.
