Abstract
Based on partial observation data of soil and water conservation of World Bank's Loan Project on the Loess Plateau, the effect of soil and water conservation measures on soil fertility was analyzed. The results showed that the soil water content increased, soil unit weight reduced, soil porosity raised, soil structure was reformed, the contents of soil nutrients were higher, cation exchange capacity (CEC) increased after taking the soil and water conservation measures.
