Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of blood samples from difference regions of body on the testing results by blood glucose mornitoring(BGM).Methods:The samples were taken by random and detected by the method of dry chemistry and Cobas Fara Ⅱ.The effects were compared and statistic analyses made. Results:The values of capillaries blood, vein blood and serum, when detected by BGM,were similar( P 0.05),but there was a significant difference between the results of vein blood and serum( P 0.01).The results of using BGM and Cabas Fara Ⅱ had remarkable difference( P 0.01),but they had a good relativity( P 0.001).Conclusions:Dry chemistry method is easy and rapid but it can't replace biochemistry autoanalyzer. We should follow the operating rules when using.
