Abstract

Objective: To establish the rat stable model of orthotopic liver transplantation, and explore the methods and technology. Methods: 140 cases of SD→LEW rat liver transplantation had been done with improved two-cuff method in the portal vein, hepatic inferior vena cava under the law in line with cuff, liver superior and inferior vena cava was sutured with suture line. Biliary tract reconstruction was completed in bile duct stent law. Results: Donor surgery time was (27.0± 3.1) min; liver repaired time was (11.0±2.1) min; surgery receptor time was (30.0±2.5) min; no liver time was (15.0±2.6) min. The success rate (survived more than 2 days after operation) was 87%. One week survival rate was 81%, one month survival rate was 72%. Conclusion: Enhancing the surgery skill and understanding the reasons and prevention and treatments of each kinds of complication may reduce the occurrence of complications, raise the surgery success rate and lengthen the survival time of rats.
