A study of the management modeon of scientific research information in colleges

As scientific research generates more and more information resources during management practice,information technology and management processes have to be changed rapidly.In order to seek an effective management mode of scientific research information in colleges and universities,it is necessary to study,with the help of the infomationization construction in colleges,several key aspects of scientific research:including its concept,characteristics,the principle of system construction,service target and content,structures and functions of the system design.It is believed that achievement of scientific data management,optimization of research management process,improvement of systematic management of scientific research information resources and provision of an effective decision-making reference,should all be included in the more scientific management mode to enhance the overall research service level of colleges.
