Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the effect and safety of flurbiprofen axetil or fentanyl combined with propoful in painless gastroscopy. Methods: Sixty-three patients undergone gastroscopy were randomly divided into three groups. In Group A,flurbiprofen axetil 1mg/kg was administrated at first, and 1.5~2.5 mg/kg propofol was continuously infused after 5 minutes. In Group B fentanyl 1 ug/kg was administrated at first, and 1.5~2.5 mg/kg propofol was given after 5 minutes. In Group C only 1.5~2.5 mg/kg propofol was continuously infused. The rate of intravenous injection of propofol was 100 mg/min.After sleeping and eyelash reflex disappeared, the operation of gastroscopy began. The life signs of MAP,HR,RR,operation time, recovery time, dosage, adverse effect and postoperative visual analog scale(VAS) were recorded. Results: Compared with group C,MAP and HR during examination and after examination were significantly decreased in Group A and Group B(all P0.05).The VAS scores at every point after waking were lower in Group A and Group B(P0.05).Compared with those before anesthesia inducement,MAP and HR during examination and after examination were significantly idecreased in Group A and B.The movement and the dose of propofol in Group A and B was less than that in Group C(P0.05).Conclusion: Flurbiprofen axetil combined with propofol and fentanyl can effectively and safely relieve intraoperating and postoperating pain for painless gastroscopy.
