Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of propofol complex with flurbiprofen axetil、fentanyl、midazolam on outpatient painless gastroscopy. Methods 90 patients scheduled for gastroscopy were randomly divided into group A、B and C.The patients of group A were given flurbiprofen axetil 1.0 mg/kg intravenously three minutes before propofol was injected intravenously. The patients of group B were given fentanyl 1.0 μg/kg intravenously and the patients of group C were given midazolam 0.02 mg/kg intravenously three minutes before propofol was injected intravenously. The gastroscope was inserted when patient showed unconsciousness and no reaction to dictation.MAP、HR、SpO2、total dosage of propofol、the time patients taking to be awake、frequency of SpO2 descending more than 10%、adverse effects of dizziness and lethargy were monitored and recorded. Results MAP、HR、SpO2 in group B descended during the surgery compared with those before the surgery(P0.05).The time patients taking to be awake in group B、C was longer than that in A group.Adverse effects of dizziness and lethargy in group B、C happened more frequently than those happened in group A.Conclusion All these drugs can be used in painless gastroscopy, but propofol complex with flurbiprofen axeti is more effective and safe.
