Propofol combined with flurbiprofen axetil for painless induced abortion

Objective To probe the effect of propofol combined with flurbiprofen axetil in induced abortion.Methods One hundred and fifty prepregnant women who were performed with painless induced aboration were randomly divided into three groups,fifty cases in each group.Propofol group was given propofol 2 mg·kg-1;Propofol combined with fentanyl group was gave fentanyl 0.5 μg·kg-1,after three minutes the group was given propofol 2 mg·kg-1.Propofol combined with flurbiprofen axetil group was given propofol 2 mg·kg-1 combined with flurbiprofen axeyil 1 mg·kg-1.Then analgesic effects,respiratory depression,blood pressure changes,propofol dosage,postoperative wake-up time and the occurrence of postoperative pain and uterine contractions were observed.Results The blood pressure and heart rate decreased transiently in three groups,but there was no statistically significant(P0.05).Respiratory depression rate in propofol combined with fentanyl group was higher than that in other two groups(P0.05).Compared with propofol group,in propofol combined with fentanyl group and propofol combined with flurbiprofen axetil group,the propofol dosage was smaller,postoperative wake-up time was shorter,analgesic effect was better and the visual analogy score was lower(P0.05).Conclusion Application of flurbiprofen combined with propofol in artificial abortion anesthesia has good postoperative analgesia with light respiratory depression,it is a more safe and effective method.
