Investigation of urban resident's satisfaction on community health services in Dongguan city

Objective To understand the residents of the community health service satisfaction.Methods In the 33 towns(street),a random sample of each community health services centers and each service stations,according to the service area per 10,000 permanent population sample volumes of standard of the 61 person,community intercept survey,with telephone follow-up,household survey.Surveyed of residents was 5588,and the data were analyzed.Results The residents of the community health service satisfaction score were 83.56.The visiting distance,service environment satisfaction higher scores were 8.58 and 8.48,but access to services and related information scored lowest(8.07).Provided service effect,accessed to services and information,consultation,service attitude,service from the project complete and census register were the influencing factors of satisfaction with community health services effect by Logistic analysis(P0.05).Conclusion The community health service in Dongguan city planning and construction and service environment is relatively perfect.
