Abstract

Objective:To investigate efficiency and safety of propofol combined with remifentani in painless gastroscopy. Methods:A total of 160 ASA Ⅰ-Ⅲ patients aged 26-70 years undergoing painless gastroscopy were randomly divided into propofol group(Group P)(n=80)and propofol-remifentani group(Group PR)(n=80).The parameter, such as mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),Oxygen Saturation(SPO2),dose of propofol, recovery time, discharged time were observed and recorded. Results:The changes of HR,MAP were less than the base line in group P during operation, and the differ-ences were significant between two groups(P0.05).While recovery time, discharged time and dose of propofol in group PR were significantly less(P0.05).Conclusions:Anesthesia with propofol and remifentani is safe for gastroscopy examination.Compund application of low dose remifentani can reduce the dose of propofol, side effect on respiratory depression and can shorten the recovery time.
