Abstract
Objective To study the feasibility and safety of propofol combined with remifentanil target-controlled infusion in painless colonoscopy under anesthesia.Methods The 90 cases of patients undergoing painless colonoscopy were randomly divided into three groups:Propofol combined with fentanyl intermittent injection group(hereinafter referred to the control group).Propofol combined with fentanyl target-controlled infusion group(hereinafter referred to as the fentanyl group) and Propofol combined with remifentanil target-controlled infusion group(hereinafter referred to as the remifentanil group).The induction of anesthesia time,scope-forward time,wake-up time after anesthesia and recovery time as well as the propofol induction dosage and total doseof the patients in each group were recorded.The incidences of hypotension were compared when colonoscopy was into the sigmoid colon,the ileocecal valve and at the end of surgery.Results Induction of anesthesia time in fentanyl group and remifentanil group was significantly longer than that in control group(P0.05).Wake-up time and recovery time in remifentanil group were significantly shorter than those in control group and fentanyl group(P0.05).The propofol dosage the fentanyl group and remifentanil group received was significantly lower than that in control group(P0.05).Total dose of propofol in remifentanil group was significantly lower than those in fentanyl group and control group(P0.05).In fentanyl group and remifentanil group,when the colonoscopy was into the sigmoid colon and the ileocecal valve,the incidence of hypotension was significantly lower than those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion It is effective to adopt Remifentanil target-controlled infusion in painless colonoscopy under anesthesia in that the dose of propofol is less and intraoperative hemodynamic is more stable.
