The effect of anesthesia of remifentanil,fentanyl and propofol on painless anesthesia comparative

Objective To compare the anesthetic effect of remifentanil or fentanyl combined with propofol on painless abortion-reduced,to search an ideal anesthetic.Methods 50 cases patients were randomly divided into remifentanil group(25 cases)and fentanyl group(25 cases).Remifentanil group was gave remifentanil combined with propofol,fentanyl group was gave fentanyl combined with propofol.Compared to observe the physiological changes in patients,recovery time,analgesic effects,adverse reactions and propofol dosage.Results Remifentanil group after anesthesia induction PSB,PDB,PMA,fH significantly decreased,intraoperative propofol use less,postoperative recovery time shorter,the differences were statistical significance(P0.05).Remifentanil group the incidence of respiratory depression than fentanyl group,the incidence of postoperative abdominal pain than fentanyl group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Remifentanil or fentanyl combined with propofol for painless artificial abortion,the narcotic effect is precise and safe.Remifentanil and propofol can significantly reduce the amount of postoperative and recovery time,but the surgery is necessary to strengthen the respiratory management.
