Abstract

Objective To determine the effect of exercises on borderline hypertension .Methods We identified 108 patients with borderline hypertension and we observed the changes in blood pressure three months and six months, respectively, before and after they took exercise. Results After they took exercise for three months, their systolic blood pressure(SBP) lowered significantly.so did SBP and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) after six months. Conclusions The results of our study demonstrate that exercise therapy can lower blood pressure.
