On the Constructing of Training Talents System in Teaching-Research-Oriented Universities

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of teaching-research-oriented universities,this paper proposes the training objective and localization of cultivating specification.Then it further discusses the programs of training talents,reveals the approaches of training talents,in order to solve some difficulties to which should secure effective quality of training talents.
