Abstract
The precise formulation of training program is the core of constructing the training system of undergraduate innovative talents in research universities.This paper takes the exploration and trail of undergraduate teaching reform in Harbin Engineering University as an example to explore how to adapt the training system of undergraduate innovative talents to the needs of research universities.
