Point Injection Combined with Shenque Moxibustion for Treatment of Diarrhea Type of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture point injection combined with Huang qi injection plus moxibustion for treatment of diarrhea type of irritable bowel syndrome(D-IBS).Methods:76 patients were randomly divided into two groups.38 cases in the control group treated with oral pinaverium bromide and Bifico treat;38 cases in the treatment group treated with massage combined with acupoint injection of Astragalus Injection.The two groups were treated for four weeks.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.The diarrhea and abdominal symptoms in the treatment group were improved in terms of better effect than those in the control group.Conclusion:Acupoint injection combined with Huang qi injection plus moxibustion for treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome has an obvious effect.
