Abstract

In the process of building of new socialist countryside,the main achievement of higher agricultural education conveying the agricultural and rural talent.Recently,the demand of talents in the construction of countryside puts up some new opportunities and challenges to the higher agricultural education.Based on this,the paper conducted a SWOT analysis and discussion on higher agricultural education personnel training.
