Abstract
The practice teaching of social work is necessary for the students who want to master professional knowledge and skills.Based on understanding the significance of practice,teachers grasped skillfully the organization process of social work practice are guarantees of teaching performance.This article takes the fukangle practice group for an example,shows the process of teaching organization and the corresponding suggestion of teaching process.
