Abstract
Objective To investigate the infection of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Metheds The glutin agglutination reaction was used, and 3 086 patients were detected at paediatric clinic in three years. The diluting power of antibody of mycoplasma pneumonia was more than 1:80,it was a positive sample. Results The positive rate of anti-Mp-IgM was 39.6%,and it was higher in the girl than that in boy.The positive rate was higher in winter and spring every year. Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumonia was a main pathogen in children with respiratory tract infection, the positive rate was connected with season and age.
