Therapeutic effect of Laifuxiaozhi tablet combined with Luosaike on peptic ulcer

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Laifuxiaozhi tablet combined with omeprazole on peptic ulcer. Methods 80 patients with peptic ulcer identified by gastroscope were randomly divided into two groups. 40 patients in treatment group were treated with Laifuxiaozhi tablet combined with omeprazole,20 mg once a day; the other 40 patients in control group were treated with omeprazole 20mg once a day combined with clarithromycin and tinidazole, with a treatment course of 4 weeks for both groups. After 4-week's treatment the gastroscope,HP,the healing condition of ulcer region, HP negative conversion rate and the disappeared time of stomachache were observed for both groups. Results The HP negative conversion rate and healing rate of ulcer were alike in two groups, however, the disappeared time of stomachache and relieving rate of stomachache in treatment group were obviously superior to those of control group ( P 0.05). Conclusion Laifuxiaozhi tablet combined with omeprazole is effective in treating peptic ulcer.
