Abstract
The appropriate multiplication conditions of the Phalaenopsis spp.PLB(Protocorm like body) and adventitious buds were studied using Phalaenopsis spp.PLB and young shoots as the explants respectively.The results showed that the appropriate medium for the multiplication of PLB was: 1 / 3MS + TDZ 0.2 mg/L+ NAA 1.0mg/L + sucrose 20 g/L + agar 8 g/L + activated charcoal 2 g/L+CM 200mL / L.The appropriate medium for the multiplication of adventitious buds was: 1 / 3MS +TDZ 2.0mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L+sucrose 20 g/L+agar 8 g/L+activated charcoal 2 g / L + CM 200mL / L.TDZ was more effective than 6-BA.The cutting of adventitious bud could obviously increase proliferation.
