Abstract
Objective To investigate Ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis infection of genitourinary tract conditions and sensitivity to antibiotics,so as to guide clinics to strengthen the pathogen detection and treatment measures by laboratory results. Methods 973 male patients were divided into two groups, with 815 cases in infertility group and 158 cases in normal fertility group. Urogenital swabs or semen in the two groups were given mycoplasma culture, identification and drug susceptibility testing. Results 253 mycoplasma cases in infertility group were detected, and the positive rate was 31. 0%,of which only UU positive cases were 183 cases, and the positive rate was 22. 5%; the number of MH infection were 40 cases, and the positive rate was 4. 9%; the number of UU + MH infection was 30 cases, and the positive rate was 3. 7%. 18 cases mycoplasma in normal fertility group were detected,of which only UU positive cases were 15 cases, and the positive rate was 9. 5%; the number of simplex MH was 2 cases, and the positive rate was 1. 3%; the number of UU + MH infection was 1 case, and the positive rate was 0. 6%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,P 0. 05. Susceptibility results showed that doxycycline, josamycin, minocycline sensitivity was relatively higher than other antibiotics. Conclusion Mycoplasma is one of the main pathogens caused by infertility, reproductive tract infections. It is recommended to check this item as infertility regular projects, and corresponding to cultivate positive susceptibility results should be actively treated.
