Abstract
Objective To explore the pathogenesis of ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and mycoplasma hominis(Mh) in urogenital tract infection and their susceptibility to antibiotics. Methods Mycoplasma culture was carried out with the samples of 504 cases and then the susceptibility to 9 kinds of antibitics were detected on positive samples. Results From 504 cases,264 were infected with mycoplasma, the total positive rate was 52.4%,the positive rates of Uu,Mh and their mixed infection were 40.5%,2.2% and 9.7%,respectively.The positive rate of female was higher than that of male(P0.05).The most sensitive antibiotics were JOX(99.6%),MNO(98.1%),DOX(98.1%) and OFX(88.1%).The resistance rate of Uu and Mh mixed infection was higher than Un single infection(χ2=25.3,P0.05).Conclusion Mycoplasma infection rate is 52.4% in urogenital tract infection. The major mycoplasma is Uu 77.3%.JOX maybe the first choice of drug to treat mycoplasma infection.
