Abstract
The extraction process of polyphenols from the mango nuclear by using propyl alcohol-ammonium sulfate two-phase separation technology was investigated. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of polyphenols from the mango nuclear were as follows: the volume fraction of propyl alcohol to the solution was 60%;the concentration of ammonium sulfate was 0. 35 g / m L; the extraction time was 10 min,and the ratio of the raw material to the extraction solvent was 1∶ 10.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
