The Establishment of PCR Diagnositic Technique of Porcine Pseudorabies

Abstract
One pair of pri mers that amplifiedthe gBgene of Pseudorabies virus(PRV) was designed and syn-thesized,PCRtechnique detectingthe DNAof PRV was established after selectingthe best reaction condi-tions.This technique was applied to specifically amplify the 217 bp DNAfragment of the PRV.The re-sults showed that the establishment of PRV PCRtechnique provided a more sensitive,specific and reliablemethod for pseudorabies diagnosis.
