Abstract
Objective To propofol and remifentanil combined application of patients with spinal tuber-culosis anesthesia before operation was performed study. Methods 86 patients with spinal tuberculosis pa-tients,were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each an average of 43 cases. The propofol and fentanyl anesthesia on the control patients using propofol and remifentanil; anesthesia for patients in the observation group. Results The observation group patients before anesthesia was better than the control group; after anesthesia eyelash reflex time, eye opening time, directive action time, extubation time was shorter than the control group; anesthesia drugs to improve the number of heart rate and respiratory rate before and after administration were significantly lower than that of control group. Conclusion The application of propofol and remifentanil combined on patients with tuberculosis of spine anesthesia before the operation effect is very obvi-ous.
