Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of remifentanil and propofol anesthesia in patients with spinal tuberculosis during anesthesia recovery period. Methods 70 cases of spinal tuberculos from April 2010 to April 2013 were chosen, divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was taken with hydrochloric acid remifentanil propofol intravenous anesthesia, analysis the control group was taken with fentanyl citrate inhalation anesthesia. The spontaneous breathing time, eyelash reflex time, eye opening, command operation time, extubation time, and leave the recovery room time for the two groups. Analysis the postoperative adverse events, patient satisfaction degrees of the two groups. Results The spontaneous breathing time of the observation group and the control group was( 3. 24 ±1. 13) min and( 6. 97±2. 44) min,the difference was significant( P 0. 05). The postoperative incidence of adverse reactions and patient satisfaction were no statistically significant difference( P 0. 05). Conclusion Remifentanil hydrochloride propofol intravenous anesthesia is more suitable for patients with spinal tuberculosis during anesthesia,it is more advantageous on postoperative recovery of consciousness, and it is a better way for clinical anesthesia.
