Abstract

Objective To investigate the remifentanil and propofol analyze the efficacy and safety of clinical application of intravenous anesthesia in surgery applications.Methods From January 2009 to January 2012 in our hospital 300 cases of orthopedic surgery patients,randomly divided into observation group and a control group of 150 cases,the anesthetic effect of the two groups were compared,the observation group of propofol and remifentanil anesthesia control group recorded adverse reactions,and dosage of propofol with propofol and fentanyl.Results Observation group anesthesia excellent rate should be higher than that in the control group,the observation group,the dose of propofol during anesthesia is less than the control group.Observed in patients after induction of anesthesia throughout the procedure,compared to SBP and DBP values with the control group is significantly lower,the difference was significant.Observation group in the induction of anesthesia and throughout the procedure,DBP and SBP values were significantly decreased compared with before the induction of anesthesia,the difference is more obvious.Conclusion Remifentanil and propofol for total intravenous anesthesia clinical orthopedic surgery better effect,the surgery is safe and effective,and therefore should be promoted.
